For those who prefer a card-free option or want their emergency contact and/or medical information digitally accessible, we offer a digital QR code as an easily downloadable image file.

• This is a suitable option for those who are less concerned about alerting to behaviors at the time of ID (as with the KnowID card) and whose primary concern is immediate access to emergency contact and/or medical information in the event the person is lost, disoriented, unconscious, or experiencing a medical emergency.

• It also functions as a great tool to return a lost phone or device as the finder can scan the code without having to unlock the device.

• With all the same functionalities as the QR code on the KnowID Wallet Card, it contains the first name and phone number of your emergency contact and *optional- can also include medication lists, allergies, or any other information that is important for first responders to know.

• It is easily scanned by any smartphone and is updatable so you can request to change the information in the QR code (new medical info, new contact info etc...) without having to purchase a new file.

Available with or without a condition alert. Alerts are fully customizable- dementia, autism, epilepsy, medication alert, or anything you wish!

Uses:

• As lock screen on smartphone (iOS or Android)

• As lock screen on an iPad or tablet.

• As watch face on smartwatch (check your specific watch capabilities to ensure code will not be obstructed by clock etc..)

• To print at home for multiple uses (stickers, lamination etc...). We recommend color printing as our green logo is highly recognizable. Buy once, print as many times as you need.

How it works.

It's easy!

1. Complete the order form.

2. Checkout on our secure payment portal.

3. In 1 to 2 business days, we will email you a downloadable png image file. Save the file to your photos for continued and later use.

• To set as the lock screen on a device, go to the device settings (this will vary depending on device, but is a similar process), select the photo of the QR code that you previously saved to your photos. Resize/reposition as needed so the QR code is not blocked by clock or other elements on screen.

• To print for other uses, simply open the photo on whatever device is connected to the printer and print it on the material of your choice.
